Adjusting the height of the head rest and
shoulder belt
GROUP I (9-18kg)
1.
The shoulder belt height can be raised or lowered by adjusting
the head rest. To adjust the head rest, use one hand and
squeeze the lever behind the head rest (F15)(15) whilst holding
the seat with your other hand for support (FI5)(16), then raise
or lower it and release the lever until you hear a CLICK! There
are four headrest positions.
2. The correct height of the shoulder belts is attained when the
belt disappears into the shell slightly above the shoulder of the
child. Ensure that the shoulder belts fit comfortably over the
child's shoulder (F16).
IMPORTANT
- to adjust the height of the shoulder belts you may
need to loosen the harness system. The shoulder belts can be
loosened by pressing the release button of the adjuster and pulling
the shoulder belts towards you as far as possible (see F9).
