DIAGNOSTICS FOR ENGINE STARTING FAILURE

1 CHECK SPARK PLUG CONDITION.
1) Remove spark plug. <Ref. to IG(DOHC
TURBO)-4, Spark Plug.>
2) Check spark plug condition. <Ref. to
IG(DOHC TURBO)-4, Spark Plug.>
2 CHECK IGNITION SYSTEM FOR SPARKS.
1) Connect spark plug to ignition coil.
2) Release fuel pressure. <Ref. to FU(DOHC
TURBO)-50, RELEASING OF FUEL
PRESSURE, OPERATION, Fuel.>
3) Contact spark plug's thread portion on
engine.
4) While opening throttle valve fully, crank
engine to check that spark occurs at each
cylinder.
