How To... Replace the Lift Motor
Special Tools Required: None
1. Turn the unit power OFF at the switch, then unplug the line cord at the wall outlet.
2. Remove the motor cover.
3. Remove cable ties.
4. Disconnect the 3-pin
connector from the control
board.
5. Disconnect lift motor ground
wire from the bottom of the
frame.
6. Tilt the unit on its right side
(user's right).
7. Remove the hair clip pin and clevis pin from the lift
motor at the cross-support.
8. Remove the clevis pin and hair pin clip from the
bottom of the motor at the end of the motor tube.
