7.3.2 Hard Disk Boot Priority

This field is used to select the boot sequence of the hard
drives. Move the cursor to this field then press <Enter>. Use
the Up or Down arrow keys to select a device then press<+>
to move it up or <-> to move it down the list.
Virus Warning
This item protects the boot sector and partition table of your hard
disk against accidental modifications. If an attempt is made, the
BIOS will halt the system and display a warning message. If this
occurs, you can either allow the operation to continue or run an
anti-virus program to locate and remove the problem.
NOTE:Many disk diagnostic programs, which attempt
to access the boot sector table, can cause the virus
warning. If you will run such a program, disable the
Virus Warning feature.
CPU L1 & L2 Cache
These fields speed up the memory access. The default value is
enabled. Enable the external cache for better performance.
CPU L3 Cache
This field is used to enable or disable the CPU's L3 cache.
Hyper-Threading Technology( For Intel Pentium 4 Processor
with Hyper-Threading Technology only)
This field is used to enable the functionality of the Intel Pentium
4 Processor with Hyper-Threading Technology and will appear
only when using this processor.
Quick Power On Self Test
This option speeds up Power On Self Test (POST) after you turn
on the system power. If set as Enabled, BIOS will shorten or skip
some check items during POST. The default setting is "Enabled".
