  • Page 9 Connect the GPS antenna to the female connector labeled “GPS”. EXAMPLE ONLY It is recommended that the GPS antenna (flat side) be mounted on the upper section of the front windshield, behind the rear-view mirror. This speaker will allow sound output from the UNAVI system when the audio is in XM/Radio/CD/MP3/Bluetooth mode. Sound output from the system will use the factory speakers under “AUX” mode only.

  • Page 13 PAGE Buick LaCrosse In-Dash Navigation DIY Installation Guide Removed factory components transferred to the UNAVI fascia kit. Disassemble the LCD monitor (Trip) panel components as shown. Use a flat-edged tool to release the locking clips around the LCD monitor case.

  • Page 20 3-pin Trip Cable connects with the female connector attached to the SD/USB interface cable. Place the Trip interface board behind the dash panel as shown.   • Page 24 Connect the AUX Filter (RCA-male) to the “AUX OUT” RCA input located on the main cable. Plug factory audio cables back into the head unit as shown.   • Page 25 Check the cables are not being too tightly squeezed in the back of the audio unit. Plug in the remaining cables including the Main cable and SD/USB interface cable connectors to the back of the LCD panel as shown.
