• Steering Friction Adjustment ‑ Adjust this lever to achieve the desired steering friction (drag) on the tiller
handle. Move lever to the left to tighten, or move lever to the right to loosen.

• Tilt Lock Knob ‑ Locks the engine in the full tilt position.
• Trim Position Knob ‑ Pre‑sets the trim position.
• Kicker Strap (Power Tilt Models) ‑ Prevents the engine from turning while tilted up.
