Use settings to customize your CANVIO® HOME
As courtesy, we recommend that you notify all your device users in advance of a "scheduled maintenance" so that the

shutdown/reboot does not interfere with their accessing files.

Manage advanced settings

The advanced settings allow you too change the admin password, upgrade the firmware, change certification, set how to back
up and restore the system, and set how to set up the hard disk drive.
As with all advanced settings, we recommend that most users do not make changes to any of the advanced settings displayed
here. The main CANVIO HOME main menu provides the features that most users need. Only highly technical, advanced users
NOTE
should configure these advanced options.

Configuration Backup/Restore
Restoring the default configuration may cause data loss. We recommend that you do not
choose this option.
