If the belt slips or is broken separate the carriage from main head, pull out motor plug (Fig. 9.3.1), water‐(Fig. 9.3.2) (Fig. 9.3.3)
and vacuum tubes. Take off handles, forks, and weight holders so you can dismount the top cover (Fig. 9.3.4) (Fig. 9.3.5)
