Beat Setting

Press the [BEAT] button to move the cursor to the beat display.
And then, move the cursor by using the cursor buttons [w], [s].
Set the numerator and denominator of beat by using the data entry dial or
data entry buttons [–], [+].
The range of the numerator is 1~20 for the first step, and is 0~20 for the
next step and after.
When the numerator is 0, it is not possible to proceed to next step.
The denominator can be set to 4, 6 or 8.
You can create the multi-metered beats of up to 8 measures.
When the metronome is sounding, the musical note mark indicates the part
of the sounding.
Pressing the [MEMORY] button and [BEAT] button at the same time
returns the beat value to 4/4 (1 step).

Quarter Triplet

Press the [QUARTER TRIPLET] button.
Then the usual triplet is changed to the quarter triplet and the QUARTER TRIPLET indicator
is lit.
Pressing the [QUARTER TRIPLET] button again returns the quarter trip-
let to the usual triplet and the QUARTER TRIPLET indicator is turned off.

Tap

With this function, you can set the metronome tempo by tapping the key.
Press the [TAP TEMPO] button to activate the TAP mode. Then the TAP
indicator is lit. In the TAP mode, white key on the far right side of the key-
board can be used to set the metronome's tempo.
Tap the white key on the far right side of the keyboard three times, then the
"Tap2", "Tap1", "Tap0" is displayed and the metronome tempo is changed
by the calculating average value of tapping interval.
When the metronome is stopped, the metronome starts sounding automati-
cally in the tempo which is set by calculated average value of tapping interval.
When the TAP indicator is lit, press the [A], [B
side of the keyboard to sound the claves, side stick and cowbell.
Pressing the [TAP TEMPO] button again returns the keyboard to normal
mode. Then the TAP indicator is turned off.

Memory

With this function, you can memorize the metronome tempo and the metro-
nome beat.
Press the [MEMORY] button to move the cursor to the metronome memory
display. Then the MOMORY indicator is lit. The "M1"~"M8" can be
selected by using the data entry dial or data entry buttons [–], [+].
When you move the cursor to another position, the MEMORY indicator is
turned off.
When memory lamp is lit, memory can also be selected by pressing the key
M1~M8. (Pressing the key M1~M8 can not sound.)
