Basic operation

Turning ON/OFF the power

Before turning on the power, connect the AC power adaptor to the DC 12V IN jack
or set the batteries in the battery holder.
Press the [STANDBY/ON] button to turn on the power.
The previous pictures before turning off the power are displayed.
Pressing the [STANDBY/ON] button again turns the power off.
This instrument is equipped with a backup battery that keeps settings safe, even
when the power is turned off.

Master Volume Control

Slide the [MASTER VOLUME] knob toward MAX to turn up the volume and
slide the [MASTER VOLUME] knob toward MIN to turn down the volume.

Selecting Voices

This instrument features the 10 different quality voices.
Press the desired voice's button. Then the selected voice's indicator is lit.

It is necessary to select the voice which is easy to hear for both of the teacher and students.
The organ or string is generally selected for tuning because their overtones are rich.

Setting Figure

With this function, you can change the figure of tone.
Press the [FIGURE] button to make the three figure levers effective.
Then the FIGURE indicator is lit.
Pressing the [FIGURE] button again makes the three figure levers inef-
fective. Then the FIGURE indicator is turned off and the each figure
returns to standard regardless of the lever's position.
Slide the [ATTACK] lever to change the attack of the tone.
Slide the [RELASE] lever to change the release of the tone.
Slide the [BRILLIANCE] lever to change the brilliance of the tone.

* This function is ineffective when you select the piano voice.
