The actual device index for these devices is deter-
mined in the ASSIGN.SYS file, which associates a
device index with a GIOS module (device driver).

The printers have five hardware linestyles. Linestyle
1 is solid, and linestyles 2 - 5 are combinations of
dashed and dotted lines.
The P300 and P600 printers support one color. All
color indices are mapped to index 1 and are
displayed.
