A new pin hole must be drilled through sleeve and gear. Locate hole position 90 degrees from existing hole, center punch and then, while supporting governor in press, drill new hole through sleeve and gear using a standard (1/8 inch) drill.

This bearing requires attention when the clutch is removed from the vehicle, at which time it should be cleaned and inspected for excessive wear or damage and should be replaced if necessary.
