Optional - Plastic Bag Hold-Down
Drum liner hold-down. (Retainer will come fl at.) To
assemble Retainer use (6) provided plastic Push Pins.
Use the outermost holes in the sheet (Fig. 1). Form the
Retainer into a circle so the outside row of holes lines
up. Put a Push Pin in from either side so the grabbing
legs of the pins line up as shown in (Fig. 2B) then rotate
one pin 90°. Push the Pins tightly together until they
click. The Pins cannot be pulled apart after they are
connected. Put bag into drum and fold edge of bag over
rim of drum. Put Retainer into drum being careful not to
rip or puncture plastic bag. When bag is full, carefully
remove retainer, seal bag carefully, then pull bag out of
drum and dispose of properly.
Use outside rows of holes.

Assembling 17 Gal. Drum Plate
1. Slide plate edging onto plate as shown with
gripper tab towards the bottom of the plate.
Trim excess edging.

2. Then line up back of plate with back of cart
bottom plate evenly. Using a 9/32" drill bit, drill
through the pre-drilled holes in the drum plate,
through the bottom cart plate, then attach drum
plate with provided hardware putting the bolt
through the washer then through the cart, then
secure with nut underneath.
