ETH LED not turned on
ACTIVITY LED not blinking.
No Connectivity.

Possible Cause
Ethernet cable is loose or is not
connected properly.
CPE is not communicating with the
Ethernet card in your PC or laptop.
Incorrect or defective Ethernet cable.
A crossover cable was used instead
of the included straight-through
cable.
The Ethernet cable is wired
incorrectly or is defective.
Data not being transferred between the
CPE and PC or laptop
Incorrect or bad Ethernet cable.
A crossover cable was used when a
straight-through cable was required
or vice-versa.
The Ethernet cable is wired
incorrectly or is defective.
Data service unavailable.
Resolution
Reconnect the Ethernet cable
into the CPE and your PC or
laptop.
Reboot your PC or laptop.
