If the LED is not on, check your battery. (See "LED
States" on page 3.)
Make sure your Windows Wi-Fi adapter/Mac
AirPort is turned on. (Refer to your computer's Help
if you need assistance.)
Open your wireless network connection list:
1.
Windows: Right-click icon and select
Available Networks
– or –
Mac: Pull down list from AirPort icon.
2.
Windows: Click
Connect
– or –
Mac: Select the network name.
3.
When the your device is connected to the
network, the Wi-Fi LED begins to blink.
My network does not appear in the wireless
network list.
Verify that your device's LED is on and not
indicating an error. (See "LED States" on page 3.)

Refresh Network List
side of the Wireless Network Connection screen. If
that does not work you can try the following:

Open
Network Connections

Right-click
Wireless Network Connection

Properties

Click the
Wireless Networks
4.
Delete any unused wireless connections from
the Preferred Networks list and click
5.
Restart your computer.
Mac: Click the AirPort icon and select
. Then click it again and select
Off
I see the network name but cannot connect to my
device.
Check the user name, password, and Service
Programming Code (SPC) or Master Subsidy
Lock (MSL) in your connection profile. If any of
these are incorrect, you will not be able to connect
to the network.
