Installation Trouble Shooting Guide

1) Micro inverter LED light not function after the installation

- Check the connection status of PV Panel DC connector first.
- Check if AC cable of PLC box is connected well
- Check if AC source connecting PLC box is turned on
- Check if AC voltage lines in-between 90~240V
2) PLC box power LED with yellow light on, but weak lighting of "Signal
Strength"
- Check if RS485 connection well
- Check if any switch between MI and AC source/Load not being turned on
3) PLC box power LED with yellow flash light, but lighting of "Signal
Strength" not on
- Check if any equipment interruption or interference between AC source and
MI
- Check if the cable connecting MI and PLC box more than 20M? The effective
signal may be significantly reduced for the connection over than the above
distance.
4) Network IP shown "0.0.0.0" in the display of Data logger, 5 minutes
after turn-on
- Check if the internet line connected well, or the internet line is broken
- Check if the internet line connected to Gateway Lan port well
- Check if the yellow light of RJ-45 light on, and green light flash
- Check if the internet connection with Gateway well
- Re-turn-on the logger without moving out internet line
- Check if DHCP of Gateway is turned on
5) Number of Inverter shown "0" in the display of Data logger
- Check if LED light flash. If yes, wait another 3 minutes.
- Check if LED light flash. If no, check if RS-485 line connected well.
- Check PLC box to see if it works properly.
- Press "Reset" button to see LED light flash
