BATTERY A ND M EMORY I NSTALLATION
WARNING: Do not use different Voltage lead acid battery other than the
one specified in this section. Doing so will damage the camera and will
void the warranty.
WARNING: ALWAYS have the camera in the OFF position when installing
or removing batteries and memory card. Removing batteries or memory
card while the camera is ON may damage the camera.

Batteries " AA" c ell
The internal battery compartment accepts 8 "AA" cell batteries. Be sure to
use high quality brand name alkaline batteries. Install batteries with correct
polarity ( +/-­‐) a s n oted i nside t he b attery c ompartment.
12V L ead A cid E xternal B attery
The camera is equipped with an external power jack designed to accept a
barrel p lug c able t hat a ttaches t o a s ealed l ead a cid b attery. ( Sold s eparately).
This will enhance the camera's field life. Battery cable and complete 12V
Lead A cid b attery k its a re a vailable w herever W ildview C am s couting c ameras
are sold, or call toll free 877-­‐269-­‐8490. Only Wildview Cam external battery
accessories a re r ecommended.
1. Make s ure c amera i s i n t he O FF p osition.
2. Insert the external battery barrel plug into the DC 12V jack on the
bottom o f c amera h ousing.
