The F isc h er P anda operations manual has a c o mplete
maintenanc e sc h edule to k e ep the generator in peak
operating c o ndition.
Inspec t the parts often and perform req uired servic e
at the presc r ibed intervals. M aintenanc e work must be
performed by appropriately sk i lled and suitably trained
maintenanc e personnel familiar with generator set
operation and servic e .
The rst maintenance is required at 3 hours, by a
quali ed technician, at which time a maintenance
checklist must b e comp leted. F ailure to comp ly
will invalidate the generator warranty.

Generator F uel F ilter

A fuel filter located on the starboard wall of the bilge,
forward of the diesel fuel tank provides c l ean fuel to the
generator. A major c a use of poor starting or power loss
is the result of a clogged filter element or a fuel system
air leak .
