• Read the Freshwater System section in the Cruiser & Yacht Owner's Manual.
• Your yacht is equipped with a pressure type (demand) freshwater (potable) system.
• This system can be pressurized by turning On the water pump.
• See the Component Location section of this Supplement for the location of the water pump switch.
• Since the water pump requires DC power, the battery switch must be in the On position for the pump to work.
Observe the following about the freshwater system:
• Turn Off the water pump when the yacht is not in use or the water tank is empty.
• Inspect and clean the water filter often (located on the water pump).
• When your yacht is to be left unattended for long periods of time, pump the water tank dry to prevent stored water
from becoming stagnant and distasteful.
• If the freshwater system needs to be disinfected, ask your dealer about treatments available for your
yacht's system.
