    2. Flat Wide Monitor Description The Flat Wide monitor will contain a scaler board, an adapter board, an IR board and a key board. The scaler board houses the flat panel control logic, brightness control logic and DDC. The adapter board will provide AC to DC Inverter voltage to drive the backlight of panel and the scaler board chips each voltage.

    3. Operating Instructions 3.1 Control Panel 1. POWER Button ( ): To switch the power on/off. 2. CH (+) Button: To move the highlight bar up to adjust the selected item while OSD menu is on, or to activate the OSD menu when the OSD menu is off. 3.

  • Page 21 PIP AUDIO Selects sound source in PIP mode. When “MAIN AUDIO” is selected, you will get the sound in the main picture, when “PIP AUDIO” is selected, you will get the sound in the auxiliary picture. PIP RESET Selecting PIP Reset allows you to reset all OSD settings from PIP setting.
  • Page 22 PANEL SAVING Selects “PANEL SAVING” to reduce the risk of the “image persistence”. “BRIGHTNESS”: Selects “ON” to decrease brightness. “PIXEL SHIFT”: Image is slightly expanded periodically (Time setting for movement is required). Movement area is approximately +/- 10mm from original position. Please locate important information such as text within 90% area of the screen image.
  • Page 23 OSD TURN OFF OSD control menu will stay on as long as it is activated. In the OSD Turn Off submenu, you can select how long the monitor waits after the last touch of a button to shut off the OSD control menu. The preset choices are 5 -120 seconds.

Selects IP (Interlace to Progressive) converter function. “PROGRESSIVE”: Enables the IP function, to convert interlace signal to progressive. Normally use this setting. “INTERLACE”: Disable the IP function. NOTE: This mode is better suited for motion pictures, but it might cause the problem of image retention.
  • Page 26 KEYBOARD CONTROL Selects the operation mode of the keyboard control. Select “YES” to disable the function of keyboard. Select “NO” to enable the function of keyboard. TILING “TILING” demonstrates multiple screens. This feature provides a single large screen using up to 25 monitors. It will be able to divide up to 5 each horizontal and vertical.
