One-touch recording of one CD, MD
All tracks of one CD or MD are recorded.
Recording is possible to tape or MD from CD and to tape from MD.
For recording to tape, please read "Let's record" in the operation manual of the cassette deck X-H9 (option) carefully.

Make the preparations for recording.
CD =MD
1 Insert a recordable disc into the MD
recorder.
2 Select "CD" with the input selec-
tion key.
3 Insert disc(s) in the CD player.

Start recording.

1Select the target disc.

2 Start recording.
Press before playback
of the CD starts.
When the O.T.E. key is pressed after playback has

1 Load a tape.
2 Select the tape transport direction.

3 Select "p". (two-side recording)
4 Select the Dolby NR mode.

6 Insert disc(s) in the MD recorder.
7 Adjust the recording level.

1 Load a tape.
2 Select the tape transport direction.

3 Select "p". (two-side recording)
4 Select the Dolby NR mode.
5 Select "CD" with the input selec-
tion key.
6 Insert disc(s) in the CD player.
7 Adjust the recording level.
CD player and MD recorder must be brought to stopped condition.

1 Select the target disc.

Press in stop mode.
2 Start recording.
÷ With recording onto tape, the track will be interrupted for the
part of the guide tape at the tape reversal, where recording is
not possible. Please use a different recording method if this is
to be avoided.
