Dividing a track
Use the following procedure to divide a track into two by inserting a track number in its middle. For example, by inserting an
additional track number before the passage you are specially fond of, it is easy to skip to there when you play the disc later.
Note that the track numbers of the tracks located after the divided track are automatically incremented.
Fine adjustment is possible by using the preview function to listen repeatedly to the part to be divided.

Play the track to be divided.

Press the TRACK EDIT key at the desired position.
1 Select "DIVIDE".
Q. EDIT
During playback, playback pause will be
reached.
2 Set it.
When you don't want to execute fine adjustment of the
division point , press the ENTER key after step 2, and
then go to step 4. (DIVIDE ok? will be displayed.)

Execute fine adjustment for the division location.
1 Execute preview playback.
The approximately four seconds after the
pause location will be played repeatedly.
2 Execute fine adjustment for the divi-
sion location.
The step number
decreases
Repeated playback will be executed from
the start of the adjusted location to the end
of the part played back in step 1.
3 Set it.
