The one year full warranty period on parts and labor can be extended to two years from the date of purchase if you use Whirlpool™ WHE-WSC Water Softener Cleanser on your system. Use one bottle of Whirlpool™ WHE-WSC Water Softener Cleanser, as directed, every four months from the date of purchase of the water softener.
