In regard to disc information reading
The entered title is read in to the disc with the following
timing.
÷ When the door panel is closed.
÷ When the title input mode is exited while the door panel is closed.
The display flashes.

When there are discs for which the disc information already has been
read in, there may be no display.
Do not move or exchange discs until the disc information
has been read in.

To change the character type

The type of characters which can be entered is switched
each time the CHARAC. key is pressed.

÷ One character is set and the cursor goes to the next digit.
÷ Repeat this to enter the disc name.
÷ If a desired character is not provided on the remote control keys, input
the character as follows. Press the CHARACTER (DOWN/UP) keys or
rotating the DISC SKIP knob until the desired character is displayed in
the flashing cursor position. Then, press the SET key.

÷ To register the disc name of another disc, repeat the entire procedure
from step 2 for it.
To quit TITLE INPUT mode
