Select [Layout 1] in the [Feature Sets] box and select [Top-Top] in
the [Duplex] box.

Select [Layout 2] in the [Feature Sets] box and select [Saddle - Left
Binding] when printing a left binding document, or [Saddle - Right
Binding] when printing a right binding document in the [Booklet
Maker] box.
