The procedure to create the printer differs depending on the version of Macintosh used.

Start the Printer Setup Utility that is located in the "Applications/
Utilities" folder in the Boot Disk.
The [Printer List] screen appears.

Click [Add].
When you are using Mac OS X 10.4, the [Printer Browser] screen appears. Proceed to
step 4.

Select [AppleTalk] and select the zone name that the printer is
located.
If the AppleTalk network is not configured with a zone, select [Local AppleTalk Zone].
