 ese adjustments must be performed with reference to the
ES
type of gas used, as specifi ed in the table on page 122.
Checks following conversion to other type of gas.
PL
After ensuring the correct conversion procedure with spe-
cifi ed nozzle diameters and settings to the cor rect pressure,
ensure the following:
- that there is no fl ame return in the combustion cham-
CZ
ber;
- that the burner fl ame is not excessively high or low and is
HR
stable (does not detach from burner);
- that the pressure testers used for calibration are perfectly
closed and there are no leaks from the gas circuit.
SL
N.W.: all boiler adjustment operations must be per formed by
a skilled technician (e.g. from an Immergas Technical Services
Centre). Adjustment of the burn er must be carried out using
HU
a diff erential "U" or digital type pressure gauge, connected
to the pressure out let at the top of the sealed chamber (part
4 page 114) and the outlet pressure socket on the gas valve
IE
out let (part 4 page 121), with reference to the pressure value
specifi ed in the table on page 122 according to the type of
gas to be used with the boiler.

Eventual Eolo Mini S adjustments.

• Adjustment of rated heat output (see fi gure page 121).
- Adjust boiler rated heat output by means of the brass nut
(3) keeping to the max. pressure values specifi ed in the
tables on page 122 according to the type of gas used.
- Turn clockwise to increase heat output and counter-
clockwise to decrease.
• Adjustment of min. heat output (see fi gure page 121).
N.B.: proceed only after setting rated pressure.
 e minimum heat output is adjusted by means of the plastic
screw with cross cut (2) on the gas valve, keeping the brass
nut (3) locked;
- turn off the power supply to the modulating coil (simply
detach a faston); turn the screw clockwise to increase pres-
sure and counterclockwise to decrease. On completion of
adjustment, turn power on to the modulating coil. Boiler
minimum heat output pressure must be not be adjusted
to less than the values given in the tables on page 122
according to the type of gas.
• Heating power adjustment (see fi gure page 121). Adjust
the room heating power by means of trimmer (12 page
121) inserted on the boiler modulation electronic card, as
follows:
- set the heating control selector (5 page 115) to maximum
temperature to prevent modulation intervention;
- adjust heat output by turning the trimmer (12 page 121)
on the modulation card, keeping to the values given in
the table on page 122 for boiler variable heat output. Turn
the trimmer clockwise to increase pressure and counter-
clockwise to decrease.
N.B.: to adjust the gas valve, remove the plastic cap (6), after
adjusting refi t the cap and screw.

N.B.: Eolo Mini S boilers are fi tted with electronic modula-
tion that adapts boiler power to actual room heating requi-
rements.  erefore the boiler operates normally in a variable
gas pressure range between the minimum and maximum
heating power according to the system heat load.
N.B.: the Eolo Mini S boileris produced and set to rated
power in the heating phase.

Eolo Mini S boiler slow lighting adjustment.

After carrying out appliance minimum and maximum hea-
ting adjustments the fi rst slow lighting step can be set for
the gas valve. To carry out this adjustment operate Trimmer
(11 page 121) located on the boiler modulation electronic
card. Turn clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise
to decrease. To obtain slow or gradual interlighting of bur-
ner, we recommend adjusting the fi rst step of slow lighting
to 50 mm/H
O for natural gas and 130 mm/H
2
boilers.
N.B.: do not go below the minimum heat output when
setting slow lighting.
O for LPG
