Time and date

You can set time and date the first time you use the control pad or at any time after.
Note: You cannot use programs until you have set time and date.
Setting time
The example shows how to set time.

switch between 12 hours (am/pm) and 24 hours format

switch to summer time

Tap .
Tap "Time and date".
Tap "set time".
scroll down the display until
"Time format" is shown.
Time switches automatically
from summer time to standard
time and vice versa (Western
European summer time). This
function can be disabled by
tapping .

Tap "settings".
Roll the wheel, ie swipe a finger
over the display in the direc-
tions of the arrows to choose
hours and minutes (1).
Tap "oK" (2).
Tap either 12 or 24 hours
format (1).
