Water Enabled Light Terminals
These terminals are used to detect water to enable the Water Enabled
Light.
When these terminals touch water, the Water Enabled Light blinks. Keep
these terminals clean.
Battery Cover Latch ( Bottom side )
Open the battery cover lock latch allows access to remove the Lithium-
Ion battery or optional Alkaline battery tray.

These indicators show the "band" of operation. "U" indicates the USA
band; "I" indicates the International band; and "C" indicates the Canadian
band.
"SCN" Indicator
This indicator appears when the Scan is activated.

": Full battery
"
": Lower battery
"
": Battery is very low
"
(Blinking)": Prepare to charge the battery
"PRESET" Indicator
Shown when the channel is programmed into the Preset Channel memory.
