Removing and Replacing the Display

1. Remove the battery cover, battery, rear housing, and transceiver PC board as
described in the procedures.
2. Using the disassembly tool, gently pry up the display from the transceiver PC
board as shown in Figure 15.
3. Using the disassembly tool, gently unseat the display flex connector from its
socket on the transceiver PC board.

4. To replace, place the display flex connector on the transceiver PC board display
connector and press it into place.
5. Place the display on the transceiver PC board and gently press it into place.
6. Replace the transceiver PC board, rear housing, SIM, battery, and battery
cover as described in the procedures.
