8. USING THE RECEIVER
Use the following 5 buttons to enable the edit options:
1. FAV:
Press the FAV button on the remote control.
This brings up the „FAV" screen, which is now active.
Select the channel you want to add to a Favourites List and press OK to confirm.
Now add the selected channel to a specific Favourites List and press OK again to
confirm.
A tick now appears in front of the Favourites Group.
Press EXIT to exit the Favourites Group selection. The Channel List is now marked with
a heart symbol.
Press the FAV button to deactivate this function. When exiting the menu with the EXIT
button, acknowledge the confirmation prompt to save your Favourites.
2. Lock(s):
Press the red function key on the remote control. This brings up the „Lock" screen,
which is now active.
Select the channel you want to mark for locking and press OK.
A lock will appear in front of the channel after you enter the current PIN. You can now
select further channels and mark them for locking by pressing OK.
Press the red function key to deactivate this function. The channels marked with a
lock will be locked when you exit the menu with the EXIT button and acknowledge the
confirmation prompt. These channels can now only be viewed by entering the current
PIN.
The Channel Lock selection must be enabled under System Settings – PIN. If it is
disabled, the channel locks will not be turned off until the Channel Lock selection has
been enabled.
