8. USING THE RECEIVER

• Satellite List
A list of all saved satellites is displayed.
You can enable or disable specific satellites using the OK button. Selections are indicated
by a tick.
Change (red function key): Used to edit the name and position of the satellite. This is
important for rotary antennas.
New (green function key): Used to add a satellite manually.
Delete (blue function key): Used to delete a saved satellite and its channels.
• TP List
In this sub-menu, you can edit the transponders enabled in the „Satellite List" sub-menu.
• Change (red function key): Changes the parameters of the selected transponder. Be
aware that this will affect the channels of the transponder you have changed!
• New (green function key): A new transponder which has not yet been saved can be
created here. Use this function to search for a channel if you know the necessary
information.
• Delete (yellow function key): Deletes the selected transponder.
• Search (blue function key): Searches the selected transponder for new channels while
applying the search filter settings.
Example of a channel search:
You know that new channels are being broadcast on a specific frequency.
Satellite: ASTRA 19.2° East
Frequency: 10836 MHz
Symbol rate: 22,000 Ks/s
Polarisation: Horizontal
