However, since medical conditions vary, Invacare recommends that the healthcare professional evaluate the need for assistance and deter-mine whether more than one (1) assistant is appropriate in each case to safely perform the transfer. -

2. Press the DOWN button and lower the patient onto the bed. Invacare recommends locking the rear swivel casters ONLY when positioning or removing the sling (standing or transport) from around the patient. 3. Lock the rear swivel casters. Refer to Locking/Unlocking the Rear Swivel Casters in the OPERATION section of this manual. -

Contact the supplier to arrange servicing. A Guide to Maintenance Procedures A regular visual check of the hoist and attachments is essential. Invacare Australia Pty Ltd permits servicing only by an Authorised Service Agent in accordance with the following schedule of Service Types. -

Faulty components or workmanship covered by warranty will be repaired where appropriate and replaced when necessary. Defects due to mistreatment or neglect will not be covered by warranty but repair can be arranged by Invacare Australia authorised agents at the request of the User. -
