Description
Shutter Speed is a function that can adjust the duration of the electronic shutter to produce optimum image quality.
Select the shutter speed suitable for your environment.
Select the shutter speed suitable for your environment.
A slower shutter speed in dark conditions will help to produce a brighter image, but will produce fewer frames per
second, which may cause images to get blurry during motion.
When "Auto" is selected, the iris mode is "AES".
When a certain speed is selected, the iris mode is switched to "AI", and the image brightness is available to adjust from "IRIS".
This function is used to synchronize the shutter time to the fluorescent light to suppress image flickering.
It is the function to adjust the image to compensate for an area that is overpowered by brightness because of excessive
light.
The image will be properly exposed for clearness. Select to activate (ON) or disable (OFF) this function.
Note: This function is available only in the day mode.
Drag the slider to adjust the exposure level from 0 ~ 4.
Select "ON" to rotate the images horizontally based on your installation situation when necessary.
Select "ON" to rotate the image 180° when necessary.
Click and drag the slider to adjust the level from 0 ~ 10 to decrease the noise shown in the dark environment.
Select "Auto" to automatically enable IR lights at night or in the dark environment, "On" to always enable IR lights, or
"OFF" to disable this function.
Configure from 10 ~ 60 seconds to delay the switch of the IR mode at night, or select "0" to disable this function.
This is used for the environment where the light condition may change suddenly and usually last for a short time, for
example, the entrance of a parking lot. It may cause the day & night mode switching constantly and damage the camera.
With this function, the camera will delay the mode switch at night since the light change is temporary and unnecessary
to pay attention.
This camera series has built-in an IR light sensor for D&N feature, and it could also connect to an external illuminator for
more advanced use.
When an external illuminator is connected, select "External (N.C.)" or "External (N.O.)" based on your device for the
illuminator to work properly.
Select the level for IR light to activate.
Process the current image to retain color balance over a color temperature range.
Sharpness enhances the clarity of image detail by adjusting the aperture and sharpening the edges in the pictures.
Hold and drag the slider to adjust the level of sharpness. The higher the value, the sharper the image.
Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) is used when users need to increase image recognizability in overexposure and dark
areas.
The options are: LOW / MIDDLE / HIGH / OFF
IRIS is used to adjust the amount of light reaching the image sensor for best image results.
When the shutter speed is selected to a certain value, the iris mode is switched to "AI". Please adjust the image
brightness here when necessary.
This function is used to configure the day and night mode:
Day - Always stay in the day mode (color).
Night - Always stay in the night mode (B/W).
Image - Automatically switch based on the light condition of the image captured
Time – Select this option, and click "Day and Night" in blue to enable and set a schedule to enable day and night mode. The
selected time (yellow) will be in the day mode, and the unselected time will be in the night mode.
