Smontaggio pedali avviamento e cambio

- Togliere il pedale avviamento previo smontaggio del relativo dado sull'albero.
- Togliere il pedale comando cambio posto sul lato sinistro.

Smontaggio volano

- Togliere le tre viti di fissaggio e rimuovere il coperchio volano sul lato destro. Al
rimontaggio usare una nuova guarnizione.
Bloccare saldamente il rotore con l'apposito attrezzo ed al tempo stesso rimuovere il
relativo dado usando una chiave da 19 mm (WR) o da 17 mm (CR).
- Togliere il rotore con l'attrezzo codice 800060516 (WR) o 800046613 (CR).
- Togliere la chiavetta sull'albero motore.
- Togliere le tre viti di fissaggio e rimuovere lo statore.
- Togliere l'anello elastico che fissa il pignone uscita cambio sull'albero secondario.
- Rimuovere il pignone, il distanziale e l'anello OR. Al rimontaggio, posizionare il
distanziale con la sede per l'anello OR rivolta verso l'interno.
Se non già effettuato in precedenza, é necessario rimuovere il pignone motore.
Il pignone (2) è bloccato sull'albero secondario da un anello seeger (1). Per rimuovere
il pignone motore è necessario rimuovere detto anello.
Sfilare il pignone. Rimuovere anche il distanziale con anello OR di tenuta.
Disassembling the kick start pedal and the gearbox pedal
Disassemble the nut on the shaft to remove the start pedal.
Remove the gearbox control pedal set on the left side.
Disassembling the flywheel
Remove the three screws and the flywheel cover on the left side. Use a new gasket when
reassembling.
Fasten the rotor by the special tool and remove the nut by a 19 mm wrench (WR), or 17
mm wrench (CR).
- Remove the rotor by tool code 800060516 (WR), or 800046613 (CR).
- Remove the spline on the crankshaft.
- Remove the three screws and the stator.
- Remove the spring ring fixing the pinion on the gearbox transmission shaft.
- Remove the pinion, the spacer and the OR. When reassembling, set the spacer with
the OR housing turned inwards.
The sprocket (2) is held to the secondary shaft by a circlip (1). This circlip should be
removed before you can remove the sprocket.
Pull out the sprocket. Remove the spacer with O-ring too.
Démontage pédales de démarrage et de la boîte des vitesses
Oter la pédale de démarrage après avoir démonté l'écrou sur l'arbre.
Oter la pédale de commande boîte des vitesses située du côté gauche.
Démontage volant
Oter les trois vis de fixation et le couvercle volant du côté droit. Au rémontage, utiliser
un nouveau joint.
Bloquer le rotor au moyen de l'outil spécial et ôter l'écrou par une clé de 19 mm (WR),
ou de 17 mm (CR).
Oter le rotor par l'outil code 800060516 (WR), ou 800046613 (CR).
- Oter la clavette sur l'arbre moteur.
- Oter les trois vis de fixation et le stator.
Oter le seeger fixant le pignon à la sorite de la boîte des vitesses sur l'arbre secondaire.
- Oter le pignon, l'entretoise, et la bague d'étanchéité. Lors du remontage, placer l'en-
tretoise et le siège de la bague d'étanchéité tourné vers l'intérieur.
Le pignon (2) est bloqué sur l'arbre secondaire par un circlip (1). Pour enlever le pignon
moteur il faut enlever cette bague.
Extraire le pignon. Enlever également l'entretoise avec la bague d'étanchéité.
