Stacco telaietto posteriore, parafango posteriore e filtro aria
Scollegare la connessione (a) del cablaggio posteriore sul lato sinistro (WR).
Allentare la fascetta (b) sul manicotto di collegamento scatola filtro-carburatore.
Svitare le due viti (2) di fissaggio inferiore del telaietto al telaio. Svitare la vite (1)
e relativo dado di fissaggio superiore del telaietto. Rimuovere il telaietto completo
di scatola filtro e parafango. Svitare le quattro viti (3) che fissano il parafango
posteriore e rimuovere quest'ultimo recuperandone i rinforzi laterali. Togliere le
quattro viti (4) e la scatola filtro dal telaietto.
Removal of rear frame, mudguard and air filter
Remove connection (a) of the rear wiring harness set on the left side (WR). Loosen
clamp (b) on the union which connects the filter box/carburettor.
Loosen the two lower screws (2) which fix the small frame to the frame. Loosen
screw (1) and the small frame upper fixing nut.
Remove the small frame, the filter box, and the mudguard. Loosen the four screws
(3) which fix the rear mudguard, then remove the mudguard.
Remove the four screws (4) and the filter box from the frame.
Démontage cadre et pare-boue arrière et filtre à air
Oter la connection (a) du câblage arrière située sur le côté gauche (WR).
Desserrer le collier (b) situé sur le manchon de connection de la boîte à filtre-
carburateur.
Desserrer les deux vis en bas (2) qui fixent le petit cadre au cadre. Desserrer la
vis (1) et l'écrou de fixation supérieur du petit cadre.
Oter le petit cadre, la boîte à filtre et le pare-boue. Desserrer les quatre vis (3) qui
fixent le pare-boue arrière et ôter ce dernier.
Oter les quatre vis (4) et la boîte à filtre du cadre.
Ausbau des hinteren Fahrgestells, des hinteren Kotflügels und
des Luftfilters
Die hintere Kabelverbindung (a) auf der linken Seite (WR) abtrennen. Die Schelle
(b) auf der Anschluß-Muffe zum Filter-Vergaser-Gehäuse lösen. Die beiden
Schrauben (2) zur unteren Befestigung des kleinen Rahmens am Gestell lösen. Die
Schraube (1) und die entsprechende obere Befestigungsmutter des kleinen
Rahmens ausschrauben. Den kleinen Rahmen zusammen mit dem Filtergehäuse
und dem Schutzblech abnehmen. Die vier Schrauben (3), die das hintere
Schutzblech befestigen, lösen und das Schutzblech abnehmen. Die vier
Schrauben (4) und das Filte rgehäuse aus dem kleinen Rahmen entnehmen.
Remoción del bastidor trasero, el guardabarros y el filtro del aire
Desenchufar la conexión (a) del cableado trasero en el lado izquierdo (WR).
Aflojar la abrazadera (b) en el manguito de conexión caja filtro-carburador.
Desenroscar los dos tornillos (2) de sujeción inferior del bastidor pequeño al
bastidor. Desenroscar el tornillo (1) y su respectiva tuerca sujetadora superior del
bastidor pequeño. Retirar el bastidor pequeño completo de caja filtro y
guardabarro. Desenroscar los cuatro tornillos (3) que aseguran el guardabarros
trasero y retirar el guardabarros. Quitar los cuatro tornillos (4) y la caja filtro del
bastidor.
