CONTROLLO ANTICIPO ACCENSIONE
L'anticipo accensione è predeterminato dal costruttore e deve essere verificato
solamente in caso di sostituzione dei componenti l'accensione o errato montaggio
del motore in fase di riassemblaggio. Per effettuare il controllo, è sufficiente
verificare che il riferimento riportato sul basamento sia allineato con quello che si
trova sullo statore (in corrispondenza del fissaggio superiore per i modelli "WR"
o inferiore per imodelli "CR" , fig. A).
Nel caso invece si fossero sostituiti i semicarters è necessario ripristinare il
corretto anticipo operando come segue, senza rimontare lo statore:
a) togliere la candela ed inserire nella sua sede un comparatore;
b) montare l'apposito attrezzo (1) cod. 800075579 sull'albero motore e portare
il pistone al punto morto superiore azzerando il comparatore su questa
posizione (fig. B).

c) ruotare l'attrezzo in senso orario sino a raggiungere l'anticipo "a" stabilito
(fig. C) e riportare un riferimento sul basamento in corrispondenza della tacca
che si trova sull'attrezzo medesimo (fig.D.);
d) rimuovere l'attrezzo e montare lo statore facendo coincidere il riferimento di
quest'ultimo e quello appena praticato sul basamento;
e) completare l'operazione fissando a fondo le viti dello statore e rimontando il
rotore.
CHECKING THE
The spark advance is
components, or whenever the engine assembly is inaccurate. For this check, make
sure that the reference point stamped on the base be aligned with the one
stamped on the stator, (either matched with the upper fastening; for model "WR"
or the lower fastening for models "CR").

When replacing the half-casings, reset the accurate spark advance as follows,
without reassembling the stator:
a) Remove the spark plug and introduce a comparator into its seat;
b) Fit special tool (1) cod. 800075579 on the crankshaft and take the piston to
T.D.C. and zeroset the comparator in this position.
c) Turn the tool clockwise to reach the spark advance (a) required (fig.C), then
make a mark on the base, matching the notch machined on the tool (fig.D);
d) Remove the tool and fit the stator, matching the reference point stamped on it
with the one obtained on the base;
e) Tighten then the stator screws and refit the rotor.
CONTROLE DE
L'avance à l'allumage est pré-établi à l'usine et doit être contrôlé lors du
remplacement des composants l'allumage, ou lors d'un assemblage erroné du
C
moteur.
Pour effectuer ce contrôle, vérifier que le point de référence gravé sur le
soubassement soit aligné avec celui gravé sur le stator (en corréspondance du
fixage supérieur pour les modles "WR" ou inférieur pour les modles "CR").
Au cas où les demi-carters doivent être remplacés, il faudra rétablir l'allumage
correct en agissant comme suit sans reassembler le stator:
a) Oter la bougie et insérer dans son siège un comparateur;
b) Monter l'outil spécial (1) cod. 800075579 sur l'arbre moteur et porter le piston
au P.M.H., en retournant à zéro le comparateur dans cette position.
c) Tourner l'outil en sens horaire jusqu'à ce que l'avant établi "a" est atteint (fig.C)
et graver un point de repère sur le soubassement en correspondance de
l'encoche se trouvant sur l'outil, (fig.D);
d) Oter l'outil et monter le stator en alignant le point de référence du stator avec
celui que nous venons de graver sur le soubassement;

e) Completer l'opération en serrant les vis du stator et en reassemblant le rotor
