Errors Indicated in the Operational Panel

When an error occurs, the Check LED will blink in red.

Suggested Solution
Remove the jammed paper. Fan your
paper, flatten the corners of your
documents and try again.
Close the ADF cover.
Load paper in the auto document
feeder.
Unlock the scanner by turning the
scanner lock to the use position.
Turn on the product or check if the
cable connection is correct.
Restart and try again. If this error still
happens, contact the service personnel
to replace the lamp.
