Quick Start

1. Simply start pedalling and away you go!
2. The value of time, distance and calories will start counting upwards
3. Adjust the resistance level with the tension control knob

Console Display and Feedback

scan (SCAN)
Automatically scrolls through the other
feedback modes, each being displayed
for 4 seconds
Press then release the mode button
until "SCAN" appears on the display

counts up from zero to 99:59 minutes

Using Workout Programs

Manual Program
To use in the manual mode simply start
pedalling. The values of time, distance and
calories will start counting upwards. Adjust
the resistance level with the large dial.

Distance travelled this session; default
counts up from zero to 99.99km
calories (CAL)
Approximate calories burned this session
(for comparison only, not to be used
for medical purposes); default count up
from zero to 999.9 kcal
Pre – workout
reset current value - press and hold for total reset
NOTE:
1. Without any signal for 4 minutes, the LCD
display will shut off automatically, with all
current values saved. Press mode key or
start cycling to reactivate.
2. The computer is equipped with an auto
start/ stop device. It will activate when
you start to pedal and switch off some
time after you stop pedalling.
3. The mode function will only work when
all activity has stopped.

4. If the display becomes faint, replace the
batteries.
