5.5 Filter – Pump Assembly Instructions
1. Water Pump – Base Plate Assembly
a) Secure water pump to the base plate

f) Place the base plate and pump in the location where the Pump-Filter
normal operation and within reach of the pool filter and return hoses but with a sufficient safety
margin from the edge of the pool (see Safety Warnings, page 4).
NOTE: If your system came with a threaded FILTER-PUMP HOSE, you will not need the 1¼" – 1½" HOSE
CONNECTOR (step A). Screw the hose into the center port of the WATER PUMP directly with O-RING A in be-
