Horizontal/vertical synchronizing signal input circuit

The horizontal/vertical synchronizing signal input from an external source is terminated to
2.2kΩ and then passes through IC201 (74F14) which has hysteresis characteristics. The
separate sync and composite sync are input into the synchronizing signal.
