Clean the water intake area. If the sys-
tem is still clogged, refer to an autho-
rized Sea-Doo dealer for servicing.
CAUTION:
Inspect water intake
grate for damage. Refer to an au-
thorized Sea-Doo dealer for repair
as necessary.

Capsized Watercraft

The watercraft is designed so that it
should not turn over easily. Further-
more, two sponsons mounted on the
side of the hull assist watercraft stabil-
ity. However, if it does turn over, it will
remain capsized.
WARNING
When watercraft is capsized, never
attempt to restart the engine . The
rider should always wear an ap-
proved personal flotation device.
"Vert" Configuration
To return the watercraft upright, make
sure the engine is off. Lift steering
pole up or step on bumper rail and use
your weight to rotate the watercraft.

Configuration (if so equipped)
To return the watercraft upright, en-
sure the engine is off, grab the in-
let grate, step on bumper rail and use
your weight to rotate the watercraft.
The watercraft can be rotated on ei-
ther side.

Submerged Watercraft

To limit damage to the engine, per-
form the following procedure as soon
as possible.
Drain bilge.
If the watercraft was submerged in
salt water, rinse off the bilge and all
components with fresh water using a
garden hose to stop the corroding ef-
fect of salt.
CAUTION:
start the engine of a watercraft
that has been submerged.

Bring the watercraft to be serviced by
an authorized Sea-Doo dealer as soon
as possible.

Water-Flooded Engine

In the event the engine cannot be
serviced within a few hours, remove
spark plug cables and connect them
on the grounding device.
Never crank engine with s park
