Using the LUN Logical Drive ID
To display the Linux name assigned to each of the logical volumes, use the lsvdev utility, as
shown in Example 7-11.

Use the mppUtil command, as shown in Example 7-12, to list the DS devices found together
with their characteristics. Use the parameter -g#, where # specifies the DS Subsystem ID
previously obtained by using the mppUtil -a command, as shown in Example 7-9 on
page 460.
