Use the administrator password when specifying settings on the Admin-
istrative Setting screen.
Use the user password/account password when user authentication/ac-
count track settings have been applied.
For details on the "User Box Password" and "Password for the confiden-
tial document", refer to the Box Operations of the user manual.
Specify 8 characters (numbers, * or #) as the fax transmission password
for boxes.
