CL-GD542X Extension registers
The CL-GD542X video controllers have a number of extension registers. These
registers are accessed via the index and data registers of the standard VGA CRT
Controller, Sequencer and Graphics Controller registers.
The extension registers are listed in tables which follow. A full description of the
registers is included in the manufacturers data sheet and is not reproduced here.
The table below lists the CRT Controller register extensions accessed at 03B4h and
03B5h or 03D4h and 03D5h.
