Displaying route
The way the route map is positioned af-
fects the screen layout as follows:
> If pointing towards north, the map
gradually shifts beneath the direction
symbol
> If pointing in the direction of travel, a
new map is generated when the di-
rection symbol reaches the edge of
the section of map.
The map may take several sec-
onds to adapt to a change of di-
rection.<
Displaying route list
You can call up a list of cities and roads
during destination guidance. This list is
based on the route proposed by the
navigation system.
The length of the individual streets or
roads is also indicated.
To display the route list during destina-
tion guidance:
1. Press right-hand rotary control.
A selection menu is displayed, see
also page 23
2. Select "Information"
3. Select "Route list".
The route list is displayed
4. Turn the right-hand rotary control to
browse through the list.
If one of the traffic information ser-
vices has been activated, see
page 37, traffic reports are added to
this list
5. If desired, select an entry from the
list to obtain further information on
the hold-up
6. To close this information, select
