Retrieving (Polling) a Document from a Mailbox (Remote Hub)

This section describes the procedure to retrieve a document from a MAILBOX (Confidential Box or
Bulletin Board) located in a remote hub.
1 Press the key.
2 Display the MAILBOX Menu and select the Mailbox

4 Enter the box number and press the
• When the entered box number does not exist, the message
shown to the right is displayed. After 2 seconds, the display
returns to the screen for entering the box number.
5 Enter the password to access the Confidential Box
and press the
• When the password is incorrect, the message shown to the
right is displayed. After 2 seconds, the display returns to the
screen for entering the password.
6 Dial the FAX number of the Remote Hub Unit.
• The facsimile starts dialing to the remote hub unit to retrieve
the document.
