Troubleshooting Guide

The meter does not display a message after
v
inserting a test strip
Probable Cause
Battery exhausted.
Battery incorrectly
installed or absent.
Test strip inserted
upside down or
incompletely.
Defective meter.
v The test does not start after applying
the sample.
Probable Cause
Insufficient blood
sample.
Owner's Manual
Actions
Replace the batteries.
Check that the batteries
are correctly installed.
Insert the test strip
correctly with the bar
end entering into the
test strip port first.
