Carburetor Disassembly - Honda TRX70 Fourtrax 1986 Service Manual

Remove the needle clip retainer, the jet needle and needle clip. (1)

Inspect the throttle valve and jet needle surface for dirt,
scratches or wear.
CARBUR ETOR DISASSEMBLY
Remove the float chamber.
Remove the float arm pin, float and float valv8.
Inspect the float valve seat for wear or damage.
