Description
The AT24C04 provides 4096 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read only memory
(EEPROM) organized as words of 8 bits each. The device is available in space saving eight-pin PDIP and is
accessed via a two-wire serial interface. The AT24C04 is guaranteed for 100,000 erase/write cycles and
100 year data retention.
